Model WF1618 is a new generation of digital high speed section type rotor spinning machine. The high—end design concept based on the foreign advanced technology and combined more than 40 years of R&D experiences. Rotor spinning machine is very popular for the quality yarn ,high speed and uniform piecing—up, etc. The whole machine's performance is stable and reliable to reach the international advanced level which is the best replacement of imported equipment.
- New Structure, Proper Height, Facilitate Operation
The new structure is simple and stable. The lower height more facilitate to piecing-up and package. Height 1100mm silver can would be an optional, which can last for longer time to change the can and lower the labor intensity.
- Long machine, High speed, High productivity
Max. number can be 600 rotors. The practise spinning speed can be up to 100 000 RPM and the drawing-off speed can be up to 200 m/min.
- Individual Unit Control, Digital Piecing -up
The spun unit with stepping motor feeding can realize individual unit control and digital piecing-up to improve high quality yarn.
- Semi-automatic Mechatronics Piecing-up System
Semi-auto system make piecing-up better quality and more accurate control. The success rate of piecing-up can reach over 90% under spinning speed of 10000RPM.
- Digital Forming, Perfect Package
Electric cam adopts the arrangement of 5 different kinds of curves to remove yarn overlap thoroughly and ensure perfect Package.
- Head-end Separately Impurities Discharge system
Impurities discharges have designed both drive side and cleaning side. Frame to ensure stable vacuum for impurities discharges and produce high quality yarn.
- Closed-loop Vacuum Control System
The system can adjust the fan speed according to the need in real time to ensure the system with constant vacuum which not only guarantee yarn quality but also save energy.
- Complete Program, Easy Adjusting Parameters
Man-machine dialog for all processing data can be operated on touch screen. It has the function of single rotor memory length and can realize the centralized control of group machine data.
