Machine Feature:
1. the machine can make polyester, nylon and air covering yarn.
2. It is easy to make function transition, when the customer want to make polyester, just move out the down heater; when customers want to make nylon, just loosen the down heater screw and push the heater in side; when customers to make air covering yarn, just put the spandex on the second heater. The three functions are independent, they will not interfere with each other
3. WY800D is two sides are relatively independent. The technology can be set separately. Different type and denier texturing yarn canbe processed at the same time.
4. WY800D is adopts importing plane belt and Danfoss converters. The bearings at the key parts are used imported or famous Chinesebrand products, roller bearing adopts closed type with anti-shake parts, it reduce the machines power consume and noise, improves themachines' performance.
5. WY800D is transmission end adopts synchronous teeth type belt drive. The structure is simple and the noise is low.
6. WY800D is adopts special structure yarn-lead forming part and precise electric control. That realizes the precise take-up, effectively prevent overlapping. Assure the bobbin forming good and the withdraw rolling smoothly.
